Summer in NC is VERY hot if your house doesn't have air conditioning!!! We really like our new geo thermal unit and it works really well - and it would still be on if the pond hadn't sprung a leak! Can you believe it??? Our big pond drained in a couple of hours. What a mess!!

We don't have air conditioner, but we live in PA. However, it's still hot! We actually have one window unit in our bedroom because it's like 10 degrees hotter upstairs. You'll have to email me and tell me what this geo thing is. We don't have room for a pond, but I still would like to know what it is. Well, we own 1.7 acres, but it's up a hill full of trees.
