Family Fun Day

Last Friday, we went to Carowinds for the day (after watching the USA soccer game of course! and DON'T even ask how we feel about the ref's decision to pull back the USA's 3rd goal! We were ROBBED!).

Anyway - it was VERY hot on Friday.....Holy Crap it was HOT!

We ended up in the waterpark area, because DANG, it was hot!



Kirsten had to wear a life jacket for one of the waterpark tube rides. We strapped her in and she said "Does this make me look fat?". At 5 years old???!!? silly girl!

Farm Living is the Life for me!

Well, most days it is anyway. Like when it's just rained and there is mist and water drops and the world is green.




And then there are days when it's a big pain in the neck to live on a farm! Like when you wake up on a Saturday morning that you haven't scheduled anything for (other than taking a break!) and the cows have decided that no farmer should EVER get a break, so they leave their green pastures for the green yard!

A couple of years ago, my mom bought me these wire racks for my scrapbook paper. Now that we are moving into the new office (YAY!!), Tim built me this stand for the wire racks. It is so AWESOME!
